Justin, your mountain neighbor
Justin Yvonne Wiechart, known as the Florida Home Leader, is the person behind this guide and the owner of the Heart of Beech Retreat. She has spent 25-plus years helping people find their place in Central Florida, and she knows the High Country the way you only know a place you keep coming home to.
By day, Justin is Central Florida's trusted guide for luxury and lakefront residential real estate, from Winter Park's chain of lakes to Windermere estates and Baldwin Park charm. She is recognized for smart pricing, polished marketing, and concierge-level coordination that protect her clients' time and net, and she brings an engineer's precision to every transaction, a habit from her Georgia Tech degree.
By heart, she is a mountain person. The High Country is where she goes to reset, and owning the Heart of Beech Retreat on Beech Mountain made it official. She built this guide the way she would tell a friend what to do: free trails first, honest food, and the quiet places that make the mountains special.
Every recommendation on this site is a place she has been, and every guest who books the cabin gets the same treatment: a personal reply, straight answers, and a local's plan for their week.
